Edward River Council regularly conducts a community consultation process with residents to ensure our Community Strategic Plan is addressing the priorities of the community.

Community consultation has resulted in many completed projects in the last four years. From the revamped Scott’s Park – a direct request from our last community consultation - to upgrades of our streetscapes, our sporting grounds and community halls, improved kerb and guttering and better, safer roads.

Council is currently developing a new 10-year Community Strategic Plan and launched the Your Region, Your Say project to ensure the views of everyone in the community are heard and reflected in the plan for the future direction of the area.
