Contract Register
Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) NSW Councils must publicly disclose certain information in a register of contracts. Tips for completing tender submissions
To give your submission the best chance of success it is important to:
- complete all the required returnable schedules / tender forms
- include all the requested information in each schedule
- include only information that is relevant to the tender requirements
- include attachments only where requested and necessary
- not include promotional materials
- ensure contact details are correct
- check pricing schedules are calculated correctly and include or exclude GST where applicable
- not include cover letters with exclusions or special conditions
- allow sufficient time to ensure your submission is received prior to the closing time
