ART DREAMS REVISITED: STUDIO 2710 EXHIBITION UNVEILED @ PEPPIN GALLERY

Edward River Council and the Peppin Heritage Centre Gallery are thrilled to announce the arrival of the exciting, ‘Art Dreams Revisited’, presented by Studio 2710 – Kurrajong.

This remarkable showcase features thirty paintings created by students under the guidance of their talented teacher, Dragos Marcu.

This exhibition promises to be a celebration of creativity and imagination.

Visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a world of colour, emotion, and inspiration as they explore the diverse collection of artworks.

Artist and teacher, Dragos Marcu, described the exhibition, “Studio 2710 allows students to find their own unique style and to be introduced to new and innovative ways to create their art…on display is a gathering of paintings that illustrate personal views and feelings of the participants; their own beliefs and truths.”

Event Details:

  • Date: 8 February - 24 March 2024
  • Location: Peppin Heritage Centre Gallery, Deniliquin
  • Live Painting Afternoon: On 24 February from 1pm to 3pm, witness the magic unfold as Drago Marcu creates a masterpiece in real-time. This unique event will allow attendees to observe the artist at work, capturing the essence of his vision on canvas.
  • Auction for a Cause: The painting produced during the live session will be auctioned, with all proceeds benefiting Kurrajong disability support services.

Edward River Council Mayor Peta Betts is excited about the exhibition and encourages the community to experience it for themselves.
