At its Ordinary Meeting held 23 May 2019, Edward River Council resolved to amend its Operational Plan 2018-2019 to include an action to undertake a Retail Trader Assistance Program to assist retail traders in Napier Street, between George Street and Cressy Street, Deniliquin, throughout the Napier Street reconstruction works.
The Napier Street reconstruction is being funded through the NSW Government's Stronger Country Communities Fund. A budget of $60,000 has been allocated for the administration of the proposed Retail Trader Assistance Program.
Pursuant to section 405 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given of Council's intention to amend its Operational Plan 2019-2020.
Submissions on the amended Operational Plan 2018-2019 must be made in writing, addressed to the General Manager, and received by close of business on Monday, 24 June 2019.
