Edward River Village Hits Milestones–On Time and Under Budget

The Edward River Village independent seniors living development is making significant strides forward, with the first two units garnering exceptional interest through multiple open house displays.
With the project nearing completion of Units 3 and 4, and Units 5 and 6 anticipated to be finalised at the end of April, Edward River Council is pleased to report that the development is running on schedule and under budget, marking a significant milestone in the project's journey.
The development will deliver 32 low-maintenance, stylish, and spacious homes, designed to offer residents an unparalleled blend of community living and independent lifestyle.

"The successful open house displays conducted for the initial two units have demonstrated the strong interest and demand for this project. We are excited to see the community's positive response and look forward to welcoming residents to become part of an evolving vibrant community."

In addition, the community can anticipate the rollout of a new Edward River Village campaign over Easter, delivering updates and information about this exceptional development.
The Village will be open for inspection over Easter on the following days:
- Saturday morning 10am to 2pm
- Sunday afternoon 1pm to 3pm
- Monday morning 10am to 2pm
