Proposal to dissolve Central Murray County Council

It is proposed under section 383(1) of the Local Government Act 1993 that the Central Murray County Council be dissolved and its assets, liabilities and staff be distributed amongst its constituent councils.

The Minister for Local Government has considered the above proposal and determined that it should be proceed. The Minister is giving public notice of the proposal in accordance with section 384 of the Local Government Act 1993
